Since joining the club in 2019, Lucas has become one of the Casey-Cardinia Cricket Association’s most prolific batsmen, scoring more than 3600 runs at an average of 42 with 10 centuries. Lucas has represented the CCCA at Country Week, averaging 77 with two centuries, and played a key role in the Association’s promotion from Division 2 in 2024, a campaign that saw him awarded the Glasscock Medal for the best player at the tournament.

Lucas spent his formative years at Casey-South Melbourne Cricket Club, bringing the knowledge and experience gained under the elite coaching pathways of Premier Cricket. 

Nathan has been a popular and much respected member of the club since joining the club as a junior two decades ago. 

Nathan has been the author of some of the club’s most memorable innings, showing grit and determination when his team has needed him most. Nathan is a handy left arm slow bowler and elite fieldsman.

In addition to readying the playing group on game day, Nathan will also take on a mentoring role, helping to guide the club’s plethora of juniors into senior cricket.

The club’s previous senior coach, Chris will continue to share his vast knowledge in the role of batting coach for season 2025/26.

Chris is well renowned for signature powerful batting, however his technical knowledge and understanding of how to construct an innings - gained through his years playing Premier Cricket at Frankston Peninsula - will be a significant asset to the club’s emerging batsmen.

With almost 500 club wickets - 250 in the first XI - Mick played in the club’s first XI for over 15 years, representing the CCCA at Country Week and being named in several Teams of the Year. 

Mick is an accredited Cricket Australia Representative Coach (level 2) with extensive experience coaching junior club and representative teams - as well as leading the second XI to recent premierships.

A former member of the Casey-South Melbourne Cricket Club, Ben made a huge impression at the club in his first season as a Panther.

Not only did Ben’s brilliant leg-spin earn him a Country Week call up, his knowledge and understanding of the art of spin bowling, his approach to training and dedication to the craft earned him instant admiration across the league.

A former club junior, Arthur’s dedication, discipline and ‘club-first’ attitude has endeared him to all at Devon Meadows.

Arthur’s commitment and dedication to the club has seen him become a four-time premiership player and two-time premiership junior coach, as well as many off field accolades.

Arthur will be assisted in this role by Ben Marsh and Corey Leslie.
